Welcome to onlineprint.co.id, a service platform managed by PT Bintang Sempurna. Users who access or use this site are deemed to have agreed to all applicable terms, conditions, and policies. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.

A. Privacy Policy

We are committed to maintaining user privacy. The information collected will be used to provide the best service, ensure transaction security, and improve service quality based on user needs.

B. Electronic Communications

Use through this site, including sending emails to info@onlineprint.co.id, is considered electronic communication. By using the service, users agree that all notices, agreements, and information provided electronically are as legally valid as written communications. This includes all communication regarding transactions, service information, and other authorized notices.

C. User Account & Information

Users who want to use certain services at onlineprint.co.id need to create an account first. The following conditions apply:

  1. All account-related information, including passwords, is the sole responsibility of the user. Be sure to keep the information confidential to prevent the risk of misuse.
  2.  If unauthorized use of the account is found, onlineprint.co.id has the right to suspend or delete the account without further notice.
  3. User account data may be shared with third parties involved in the provision of products, services or functions requested through onlineprint.co.id. This is done by operational needs.

D. Payment Terms

All transactions follow the following terms:

  1. All prices on this site are shown in Rupiah (IDR) unless there is a special mention mentioning another currency.
  2. Orders will only be processed once full payment is received, including any additional costs such as taxes and shipping fees.
  3. Once an order has been approved and processed, changes cannot be made.
  4. Late payment may result in automatic cancellation without further notice.

E. Refund Policy

We have a strict policy regarding refunds:

1. Final Sale

All transactions are final. No refunds after production has begun, which occurs after files and payment are received.

2. Production Errors

If there is a production error from the online print, the product will be remanufactured at no additional cost. Replacement is only applicable if the defective product is reported within 24 hours of receipt and must be returned intact within 5 days.

3. Replacement Procedure

  1. Defective products must be returned 100% within the specified time for a replacement.
  2. Replacements will be shipped using the same shipping method at no additional cost, however, shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund

  1. Refunds can be made if the order quantity received does not match the order.
  2. Order cancellation is subject to a minimum fee of IDR300,000 or 3.5% of the total order, whichever is greater.

5. Production and Inventory Costs

  1. Online print prepares materials, staff, and equipment for each order.
  2. Orders not produced within 5 days of the order will incur additional costs for materials, labour, and equipment already prepared.

6. Unconfirmed Orders

  1. Orders that are not confirmed within 90 days of the order will be automatically cancelled.
  2. The buyer will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order.

7. Customer Contracts and Obligations

  1. Each order is considered a contract between the buyer and online print.
  2. The Buyer remains responsible for the order even if it is placed on behalf of a third party.
  3. Cancellation or rejection by a third party does not change the buyer's obligation towards online print.

F. Terms of Proof of Print

To ensure user satisfaction, the following are the print-proof requirements:

  1. The proof of print must be approved before the production process begins.
  2. File changes cannot be made after the proof is approved.
  3. Errors in approved files are the responsibility of the user.

G. Colour Accuracy

The colour accuracy of the printed product cannot be guaranteed to be 100% by the submitted file. This is due to the limitations of the printing process and ink. Design proofs are only for checking layout, not ink colour or density. UV coating may affect the colour of the final print. Online Print is not responsible for any colour or ink differences in the printed product. Acceptance of these terms includes an understanding of possible colour differences that may appear in the final output.

H. Delivery Operating Time

The delivery process follows the following rules:

  1. Delivery time is calculated based on working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  2. Job completion time is guaranteed after proof and payment are approved.
  3. Order cancellation is only allowed if the customer provides written proof that we failed in order processing.
  4. Online Print is not responsible for costs related to the delivery of orders that exceed the due date.

I. Copyright and Ownership

All content on this site is protected by copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use the content without written permission.

J. Problem Solving and Complaints

If there is any complaint, the user can file within 24 hours of receiving the product. Errors corresponding to uploaded files are solely the responsibility of the user.

K. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice. Users are expected to check this page periodically to ensure understanding of the latest policies.
